Abstract

In this case report, we present a patient with bony lytic lesions who was mobile despite having many pathological fractures and metastatic lesions. Patients should be investigated, especially in persistent pain. Patient with advanced age and back pain not improving with progressive feature should be investigated for serious conditions especially bone metastases. Red flags, which are frequently used for lower back pain, should be kept in mind. In addition, it should not be forgotten that the physical examination of patients may be normal despite advanced bone lesions.
